1. Who we are

SAVAGE is a luxury resale boutique with a private showroom in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about privacy at savagekick@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

When you book a showroom appointment: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the date and time you choose, the product you are interested in, and any notes you add.

Photo ID: to book a private showroom visit online, we ask for a photo of a government-issued ID, such as a driver's licence or passport.

When you contact us: the information you share in WhatsApp messages, emails or other inquiries.

How you found us: the website or campaign that brought you here (for example a search engine, social platform or advertising link), the page you first landed on, the approximate country your connection comes from, and your browser type. The source information is kept in your browser's local storage and sent to us only if you book an appointment.

3. How we use it

We use your information to schedule and confirm your visit, send you a calendar invitation with the showroom address, prepare the pieces you want to see, and contact you about your appointment or inquiry.

We use your photo ID only to confirm who is visiting our private showroom and to keep our clients, staff and collection secure. We do not use it for marketing.

We use information about how you found us to understand which channels bring visitors to SAVAGE. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How your photo ID is handled

Your ID photo is reduced in size in your browser before it is uploaded. It is then sent directly to the SAVAGE showroom inbox together with your booking details, and deleted from our booking system as soon as it has been delivered (in any case within 7 days). It is never added to the calendar invitation you receive.

Only the SAVAGE team can see your ID. We keep it only as long as we need it to confirm your visit, and then delete it.

5. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this website and our appointments. They process information on our behalf and only for these purposes:

Google (Calendar and Gmail) hosts our appointment calendar, sends your calendar invitation and delivers booking notifications. Cloudflare processes booking requests, stores a record of each booking, and provides the security check that protects our forms from automated abuse. Vercel hosts this website. Shopify provides our product catalogue. Cal.com may also be used to schedule appointments. If you message us on WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

6. How long we keep information

We keep appointment records and inquiries for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, accounting and security obligations, and then delete them. Photo IDs are kept for a shorter time, as described above.

7. Browser storage and security checks

This website uses your browser's local storage to remember how you first found us, and Cloudflare Turnstile to check that forms are submitted by real people. You can clear local storage at any time in your browser settings. Our Contact page shows an embedded Google Map, and Google may set its own cookies when that map loads. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it, subject to any legal requirements. To make a request, email savagekick@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website and services change. The current version will always be posted on this page, with the date it was last updated.
