1. Using this website
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. You must not interfere with the website, attempt to access areas that are not intended for public use, or use our content and services for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
2. Product information
Product names, images, descriptions, prices, availability and other information are provided for discovery and inquiry purposes. Information may change without notice, and a product shown on the website is not a confirmed reservation or offer to sell.
Some products may be available for private viewing at the Toronto showroom by appointment. Availability should be confirmed directly with the SAVAGE team before you travel.
3. Inquiries and appointments
WhatsApp messages, contact forms and appointment requests are inquiries only. Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase contract, reserve an item or guarantee an appointment time. Any purchase or other transaction will be confirmed separately with the customer and will be subject to the terms provided for that transaction.
4. Online checkout
At this stage, SAVAGE does not offer online cart or checkout through this headless website. Do not send payment information through a WhatsApp message or contact form. Payment, delivery, pickup, returns and any other sale terms will be communicated directly when a transaction is available.
5. Authenticity and condition
Product-specific authentication, condition and included-items information should be discussed with SAVAGE before a purchase. Customers should request any information they need to make an informed decision before completing a transaction.
6. Intellectual property
The SAVAGE name, website design, original copy, photographs and other website materials belong to SAVAGE or are used with permission. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.

Brand names and product references are used to identify products and are not intended to imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation. SAVAGE is not affiliated with any brands mentioned.
